@Paul Blair hi there! I appreciate you taking the time to respond and provide insight. I'm so happy to hear that, as Dallas is my desired destination. I don't plan on house hacking until at least mid summer 2022, but you will be my go-to then! Thank you, Paul!

Hi all, greetings! BiggerPockets novice here. I'm currently living with my parents to save some extra funds for my future house hack (using an FHA loan). I'm currently residing in Oklahoma (unfortunately, ha!). The rent and living expenses here are pretty cheap; I also have no debts. I'd love to move out of state, maybe Dallas Texas, or anywhere in Texas really. However, I assume expenses would significantly increase. Any suggestions on what cities would be best for FHA house hacking? I appreciate any response, thank you for taking the time to read my post. :)
