Hi everyone, I want to start investing in rental properties, and I thought about manufactured homes. What are your thoughts about it? I appreciate any help.

@Nikki Closser congratulations 🎉

I have a question. You mentioned your home was in Seattle, and the I investment property you bought is in Michigan. Did you purchase your I investment property out of the state where you live?

I live in SW Florida, and I'm ready to invest, but prices in this area are high with low cash flow. I have been thinking about Chicago, but I'm afraid because it is out of Estate.

Thank you in advance for any comments.

I would love to hear any advice about starting my BRRRR journey. 800+ credit score with $20000 cash.
