I need an attorney to help setup my LLC, review my lease, and be on my side for future legal questions/issues I may run into. I currently own two multifamily homes and am looking to actively grow my real-estate portfolio but want to be sure I am fully compliant and protected before I grow much more. Thank you for making suggestions on how to find a good attorney and/or what firm you would recommend in the Minneapolis area. My units are currently in Coon Rapids and Anoka. I really appreciate any guidance!!

I have a family moving into one of my rentals today.  We signed the lease last week and were waiting to conduct the formal walkthrough till today. I allowed them to move a few things in prior to their official move in date of today as I was completing some construction projects within the home.

Yesterday evening as we were finishing up some of the painting we moved a pot/pan of the tenants and inside were two cockroaches. There have never been cockroaches in our home prior to this.

What should I do?  What are my options?
