I am thinking of doing the same thing with my former tenants. I already have an eviction judgement against them.

 China essentially owns its people though. The US is and should be different, respecting people's needs to have plentiful employment so they can pay for their own places to live, support their families, etc.

Another bit of technology forced upon us that is detrimental to our wellbeing. Why do we need to adapt? We should fight it, to be honest.

I would like to speak with a real estate attorney on the process of getting an easement by necessity for a landlocked parcel.

I emailed the county just now, which is King County, on this but also to see if they have any easement on record. A development came in around the parcel, with city owned land on one side.

It is a placement agreement referral. I just found my notes.  I think I worded the situation incorrectly. This is a developer seeking initial funding. 

Do you mean you issued 4 loans (notes)? Do recall what property types you had your loans on? Just interested. Thank you for the encouragement!

In other words, a company looking for qualified investors gives referral fees, but a nonrealtor knows some qualifed investors who may be interested and wants to know if there is an agreement for that.

I believe there is a name for that, and are there examples? The state of investment is TN.
