Hello all! Hope we are all living the Dream! I know that I have started to and want to continue to succeed in Real Estate Investing. 

My name is Billie. I live in Chicago, IL. I have been in the real estate business for about 10 years now. Started out as a Loan Originator with a bank and then stepped up to opening my own real estate brokerage back in 2011. I am still active in helping buyers finance if necessary and still have my real estate brokerage. For the last 5-6 years I have dabbled in buy and hold, fix and flip and wholesaling. For the most part, I love it all. However, I would rather put all my time and effort into wholesaling and fix and flip. I will still keep both my finance and real estate license but I want to step up my investing game and get off the porch and run with the big dogs. 

My main goal is to connect with Cash and Alternative financing buyers. I am also looking forward to learning more about other investment strategies as well. You can never have too many streams of revenue entering your bank account. I look forward to everyone's success stories as we all move forward. Make your pockets as big as your dreams, never the opposite!!!
