What are you looking for from investors in Richmond?

I missed this. If there is a recording, may I have it?

Great story! I was wondering how much cash flow are your partner's getting once you split it up from the properties you helped acquire?

@Russell Brazil why did you get rid of the two others? Just bad deals?

Has anyone built a successful buy and hold strategy with condos? If so, what are some tips and tricks. I’m focusing on Fort DuPont Park, Herndon, Reston, and Alexandria with this question.

I’ve been focusing on Fort DuPont Park. I lived there for 5 years and felt safe. But it’s really street by street. Not many amenities, but very close to 295, Eastern Market etc.

Like Wendell said. It’s really neighborhood by neighborhood. Checkout the neighborhood and street on crime maps, use Google Maps and walk the neighborhood to get a feel. I invent in SE, and am happy with the neighborhood.

Thank you for this!!

I'm looking for an attorney to help me set up an LLC for my real estate investing. I have one property now, but I'd like to acquire more. Does anyone know anybody?
