@VAL A. Lots of PM don’t share that information....but I’m not sure why?! We’ve been doing some form of PM for 20 years, I always supply it. Sure I don’t want the owner contacting the tenant but if I’m doing a good job showing the “good” tenants is never a bad thing and if an owner over steps with the tenant then I can deal with in my management agreement. As far as the fee, we also offer a fee if they break lease- but it’s a fee plus rent until it releases.
