I lived in Australia until 1995. I was a full time performer and never invested in Real Estate there. My husband and I moved to Europe in 1995 - to Holland. we performed all over Europe for nearly 10 years and invested in Real Estate as well. We bought three houses in Holland. Two of them we converted to Student rooms which was very lucrative and we also bough a few vacation rentals in Nice- in the South of France. The market there is still very strong and we still hold Real Estate there even though we moved to America this year.
We are now concentrating on flipping properties in Charlotte and buying REO's in Kansas City.
We have a great HML in KC and we are negotiating a 22 package deal with him at present- no money down. I also want to look at small multi units in KC. The rental market there is really strong and the houses are really cheap to buy.
We are looking for other HML and also conventional lenders to refinace to a lower % rate after three months.... in KC. It is always best to have more than one lender.
In Charlotte, we have yet to secure any finance, and we have deals on the table ready to go. It is a strong real estate market, has not been affected by the housing slumps elsewhere, and is good for flipping.

Are we allowed to put email addresses in these posts? Otherwise, I have no idea how any gets to contact me. Please inform.

Looking forward to your replys

Hi There everyone. I have just joined up late Oct. I am a professional real estate investor from Florida (originally from Australia) and I am looking to team up with an American Citizen to do some investing in Charlotte North Carolina.
I have located several great properties- heavily discounted in good areas, that I plan to re-hab and flip.
