Thanks @Brie Schmidt! His main problem is lack of credit history, so we’re working on that with on time rent payments being reported to the credit agencies. I’m thinking he should be able to qualify in a year or two.

I have a tenant who is lease/optioning one of my properties, and he needs help qualifying and getting his loan so that he can ultimately purchase. If you know of any good Mortgage Loan Originators, please pass them on. The property is located on the southwest side (if that makes a difference). Thanks!
