Thanks for your advice. I looked for a few but couldn't find much in my area and then it occurred to me to check on BP and then I found a bunch so I will definitely start doing that.

Hi,

I recently heard on the podcast that an investor got his start by working for a large investment company, knocking on doors, trying to get people to sell their homes. I'd like to try this as well but I wouldn't even know where to begin my search, let alone keywords to use once I found it. Anyone have any advice?
