Hello! I have 2 partners, one is limited partner supplying most of the down payments ect.

And my brother in law and I will do most of the renovations ect.

We already have one duplex

We have around $80k combined saved up for down payments, renovations, ect.

The question is should we continue to buy duplex’s/triplexes or Should we look into something bigger like a 10 unit?

We are kinda of stuck between the two right now and any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!

Hello everyone, my name is Eli. My brother-in-law and I live in NY.

To give you a little background/plans

My brother in law and I own own double in NY, we plan on buying another mid 2022 currently waiting to see what the economy does.

My aunt lives in FL, we are looking at doing a partnership between the three of us.

My aunt is willing to provide the majority of the money, and we would provide the time renovations ect.

Curious to see what everyone’s opinion is o mf he situation and an open to any/all advise.
