I am a GP investor in a syndication and received my K1 for the syndication for last year amounting to -$150k. I have recently applied for a primary home mortgage and the lender’s having a hard time overlooking this negative amount. Can someone offer some advice as to whether this is a legitimate concern and how to articulately explain this to my potential lender to overlook this?

Hi fellow BPers,

Can someone please recommend a company (similar to Hercules) that specializes in providing laundry equipment in my commercial building in Delaware? I am looking to get rid of the hassle of maintaining the laundry and dryer equipment and thinking of simply having a company take over. I understand they would share the income received from laundry usage by tenants and maintain the equipment.

Thanks in advance.
