Hope everyone is doing well. My name is Elin Anderson NYC resident born and raised recently just got out of the military and I am looking at some properties in Newburg Ny. I would like to get some advice from my fellow investors, and see how I can go about this deal, and even partner up. I am whilling to help in whatever I can to make this happen.I have been in bigger pockets for sometime now and now that I am out of the service I can persue  my dream of being an investor, but is very difficult starting off, like many investor say "the hardest part is starting on your first deal". If anyone is whilling to help and even partner up I would greatly appreciate it,and Like I said I am whilling to help out in anything as long as if helps you out more than me or viceversa. If anyone is whilling to meet for some coffe and have a talk I can drive and meet you anywhere in the city or the surrounding areas.

Thank you for the response. I have been listening to the podcast, and at the same time acquiring  some knowledge.I get  excited the more I listen and hear the podcast and I  tell myself that I must  execute, eventually, no matter what. So far what I have found very insteresting is the buying and holding part for multi family.

Can Anyone recommend any Good Real estate Lawyers in Savannah? Active Duty trying to start the real estate investment journey. But I am paralyzed by taking the first step. Any help, or guidance, would be greatly appreciated.

@Yosef Lee Great story, I myself have not started yet, I am in the Military and should be moving duty station soon. But I have not taken that step yet. I really want to start with flipping and then make my way to actual rentals, preferably in the Northern Eastern states.

What’s your next move after this one? And how was the process, how did you feel while you were making such huge transaction?
