I am trying to figure out the difference between buying from a wholesaler and working with a real estate agent who deals in foreclosures, short sales, REO's, etc. Thanks.

Hi Brandon,
Apple is around the corner, but I stopped swapping hours for dollars way back. Did you take the drive down the coast? That is the beautiful route.

No real investments yet, but plan to. Thanks for the intro and the pointers.

I am a newbie from the Silicon Valley in northern California looking to form relationships with trusted partners around the country who can provide real estate investment opportunities for potential investors who I will represent. Initial focus is on single family homes for investors who are looking for income and those looking to partner for flips.

Any suggestions, pointers, and hints will be appreciated.
