I am interested in single family and multi-family homes. I want to focus in areas around colleges and lean towards student rentals to begin with. I am also studying to get my real estate salesperson license in Georgia. In regards to financing deals I am still learning and attempting to gain knowledge of different ways to finance them. Although you are not in my area, I do thank you for responding.
