Hello everyone! I recently joined BP and wanted to introduce myself. My Name is Elie, I'm a physician in Houston, TX and recently started getting interested in real estate investing. I am interested to slowly start investing in buy-and-hold rental properties (SFH and small MFH) in the Houston area. As a newbie, I am overwhelmed with the amount of information, but I've been reading many of the essential blogs, and forums. I also started listening to the podcast and went through the beginner's introduction to REI free course, which was amazing. I've been taking a lot of notes. As I build my real estate business plan, I realized that my biggest fear is to fail at assembling a good team as I have no experience and consider myself naïve when it comes to REI. My question is: How do I go about finding investor friendly RE agents, good contractors, sub-contractors? Any recommendations in the Houston area?

This is a wonderful community and I'm looking forward to get started and connect with many of you.

Thanks!
