Hello everyone!

When analyzing properties for long term rental, how do you guys analyze the fact of "Rent Vs Own" percentage of a city?

Thank you for your comments!

Hello everyone!

I am intereseted in Short Term and Vacational Rentals for ecotourism in West Virginia. Any suggestions about what would be the best cities close to nature to buy the property?

Thank you for the help!

Dear BP members.

I would like to receive your comments about the analysis I did for this property. But, before jumping into the analysis sheet, I would like to share some thoughts about the area to know if you have similar or different thoughts.

1. It seems to me that the area is one of factories and industrial shopping centers; which makes me think that many people work in the area and need a place to live, which may be good for a rental.

2. It worries me the railroad in front of the house

3. The monthly rental value by Zillow is $1311 a month; however I calculated a gross monthly estimate based on the three units that can be rented: 2 units 1bd 1ba and 1 unit 3 bd and 1 ba (according to the photographs)

I appreciate any comments you would like to share about this property.

Thank you!

Happy sunday! :-)

Hello everyone! I am just starting my education as a Real Estate Investor. I just did my first property analysis :-) The majority of the information asked was quite easy to find, but the insurance costs.

I would love to hear your experiences and methods on how to estimate insurance costs!

Thank you very much!

Have a great week! :-)
