Hi ,

I need a recommendation for a lawyer that knows their way around creative financing in the areas mentioned above. I have a deal but do not want to finish up all my cash for the 20 % DP . The property is an off market that needs around 25 k in rehab and ARV of around 260 K with loan balance of around 172k . Any recommendation would be appreciated.

hi  I am new to bigger pockets with not a lot of experience .  Only experience is a previous predevelopment condo purchase and sold it after it was finished.   Now another opportunity fell on my lap .     I joined bigger pockets to connect and learn from the community .
