If you are working on wholesaling no you don't need any license but I advise you to read and learn as much as you can before you continue. 

Also you have to keep in consideration how much cash buyer are paying for properties in that area because it can be a great deal but the cash buyer may not be interesting.

How long can you keep a property under contract before you closed a deal?

It is In general a beautiful area  but I recommend to do a better research specially on the property. I go there 2 to 3 times a month and I see lot of houses for sale so if you buy keep in mine you may have to keep it for while. Good luck.

Hello everyone, my name is Jorge Maldonado, new BP from Altamonte Spring, FL. Move from Massachusetts after 25 years of cold winters. While in Afghanistan made a decision of follow my long time dream to start a real estate business if I ever come back home, well here I am in Florida looking for houses to flip and later on to buy and hold. Its only me and my wife now. We do not have much experience but we have one property in MA and is rented. Looking forward to learn and apply all the knowledge that I can get from all of you.
