The deal is done and the deed recorded. Curious to know what I was outbid by, I checked the county record and the owner's name has been updated, but the consideration shows zero. I'm fairly certain it's public info in this state. Any insight?

Hey all,

We recently put in an offer on a homepath property that had been on the market for 150+ days. They rejected it without countering and accepted another a few days later. Moving on, but I'd like to keep an eye on it just in case. So thought I'd ask the community if you see homepath deals fall out often and what the average time frame is to come back on market when they do. It would help to know if it were cash or finance in this case, but the listing agent wasn't willing to divulge - so just in general, I guess. Any input or experience welcome and appreciated!
