After buying your first property it is always harder getting the second and so forth. Typically 15 to 25 % any advice ? I taught about calling local banks to see there interest rates before opening an account. Any thoughts BP?

Sherman Ragland thank you so much. It's helps me understand so much better. Well I would be considered the non rich. And I don't want to present any deals. I'm looking to invest a few hundreds maybe a 1000 here or 1000 there, and having a 8% and up return and not be hands on. But getting a good deal. What do you recommend? Site or my options?
