Hi Everyone,

I am a tax lien investor buying tax liens from various different municipalities in NJ OTC. We have purchased over $5m in the last year using private equity we raised. Is there anyway to possibly finance the purchase of tax liens instead of having to raise the money from investors?!?

I have a mixed use a store front with 2 units on top. I originally bought had plan to do the work myself or to mange someone else to the work.

I have since got very busy with other projects of mine and I don't have the time to delegate to this property.

I bought a mixed use the address is 27 E Commerce street, its a  store front with 2 floors on top. I bought it originally with the plan that I was going to  do the work myself or manage someone doing the work. I have since become too busy with other projects I am working.
