The area is middle class one and they don't want a pool at their house.

I was asking if someone have an experiance in filling it with concrete? I didn't mean water...

Like to destroy it. I don't want the pool.

If someone can help me figure out if I want to get in this project? what are the expenses I should considering?

I know that its against me and thats way I don't want it.

I'm interesting to invest in memphis in 38141, but I'm not from there (I'm not from the USA).

I need help from someone who is from there to choose area in the zip. I know there are a lot of bad places there as well as good ones but I just don't really sure how to find the good ones. 

An other thing is that I've heard that most of the population that rent over there doing it through section 8. Does anyone can help me to undertsand that? doe's it good having tanent with section 8 for investors?
