I don't want to sell this house, but I need the cash!

Cute, SFR, in Palestine, TX, considered the crossroads of East TX, in between Dallas/Houston, 90 mins from Austin. Perfect starter home for a family or investor. Palestine is a designated Retirement Community, on the Antique/Dogwood Trail, TX Railroad Commission, Lake Palestine Community, and a top travel destination in TX. There is a strong demand for rentals bc of the nursing school, growing services to retirees, and a Walmart Distribution Center.

Dear Kenneth, I have 2 property managers in East TX. I do NOT recommend long distance Unless you find an exceptional partner/manager/someone with integrity or who has skin in the game. Double and Triple check references and remember that everyone, even dear friends and family, EVERYONE has an agenda...I was promised a LOT of things by a mentor and friend...some painful lessons...Hope that helps, Elaine

I'm originally from TX, 2 of my houses are. I currently live and manage a 4 family unit in Bloomfield, NJ. I am looking for ways to tap into investors in other markets, ways to re-finance what I have, and possible joint venture partners for the future. I think real estate is still the BEST way to build wealth, long term. I still have a lot to learn and am happy to share what I have learned. I am looking to tap into investors in East TX too.
