This price includes the property at 3844 Gallagher Rd and 3846 Gallagher Rd.

(Located in Dover, FL 33527. It's between Tampa and Plant City)

3844 Gallagher is a SFR 3/2 with a pool

3846 Gallagher is a Mobile Home

My Grandmother owned both of these properties and passed away without a Will. We are currently finishing up all the title work/probate/etc to complete the sale.

Again, $219,000 is the total price for BOTH properties. I can show the home with some advanced notice. We are not looking to work with a Realtor due to the commission involved at this time.

Looking for an investor who has experience with this type of purchase so we can make the process as smooth as possible.

My name is Mike. I can be reached at 813.382.7123.

I see there has been no activity in this thread. Would love to revive it to see if we could get some possible answers. Thanks!

No specific type of business at this time. I wanted to get some answers before I fully commit to this type if venture. I am looking for a business that will be $1M or less.

Hi Everyone,

I'm interested in purchasing an existing business. I have a down payment (10%) and I'm wondering if any banks would use the existing business income to qualify for the loan in question? (Can I use the money that the business generates to qualify for the loan?)

Thanks!

Refinance the car with a credit union. If your scores are in the high 600s you should be able to get a 5-7% rate. Or sell it and pay cash for a beater that you have to pay tax, tag, and title for all over again.

This is all great information! @Joshua Sclafani we are about to rent our first property in New Port Richey and looking for a great lawyer to hep write our lease. Do you have any advice?

Thanks for all of the great feedback!

I think we're going to do new doors, re-spray the interior of the cabinets and throw a new sink in and granite countertop. (may as well do a fun back splash too)

Hi everyone! We purchased our first rental this week and we're thinking about updating the kitchen. It's not bad but we feel an updated kitchen would help target a better tenant. I have attached a photo to gauge your thoughts and to see if you all could provide a ballpark estimate as to what the cost may be.

Thanks again!
