I've heard good things about Indianapolis and Kansas City, Cleveland OH. I am doing more research and plan to go to REIA meeting in Indi , which they are having every second Tuesday of every month.

currently i am interested in turn-key in Indianapolis IN, it seems to be a better market for first time investor like myself.

i am investing for long term hold and cash flow.

yes i want to invest 100K out of state. preferably in southern, south west states for immediate cash flow. if i can get 2 duplexes or a fourplex in that price range it would be great. please do let me know if you have anything.
