Looking to Rehab a house and will need a good contactor to work with. I tried with one last year and the were just horrible on pricing and timeline. Seems like a lot of GC's are only taking work if the deals are over 6 figure deals. Anyone have any recommendations in the Charlotte NC area?

I’m about to buy a property that needs A LOT of work but this will be my first rental property of many so I’m trying to build my team of 4 but I’ve asked several realtors in the area and either no one wants to share their contractors or they don’t know anyone they trust. Is there another good way to find a contractor and what questions should I know that will help me determine whether he’s a good fit or not?
