Hi All  - in the attached link, for those of you who are registered at auction.com, can you help me understand the attached Title Information?

https://www.auction.com/details/17-laurel-lane-media-pa-19063-2158593-o_872

The home, if fixed, could probably be sold for low 200s, and I have no idea what the liens are etc. I'm not interested in buying this right now, but would like to follow this to learn more as I'm a newbie. It seems like it could potentially be a very good deal for those who aren't afraid of mold and water issues, depending on the potential liens, if any.

Any comments? I'm mostly interested in the Title Information (I can't see how to attach the PDF but you can see the document in the link above). Would you still run the title search? What does this Title Information mean exactly and why is it $1?? I feel like I"m reading another language!

@Ayodeji Kuponiyi Thank you! It sure is a lot to learn but I'm looking forward to it. Much easier these days using forums like this.

@Brett Snodgrass I'm curious, are most wholesalers licensed realtors?

I'm a new member looking forward to learning a lot. I used to have a section 8 property years ago. Wish I hadn't sold it as it would have been paid off by now and still returning probably about $800 monthly by now...ah well, will be starting new now. So many different ways to invest in real estate. The hard part is deciding which strategy to use..
