Just came across this post and wanted to chime in, in case others are curious about Open Spaces. I joined the Open Spaces program at the beginning of 2023 and I'm still a member. Before joining, I spent about 18 months listening to podcasts, reading posts and books, etc. trying to teach myself. There's a TON of info out there but that's also the problem. I felt like I was spinning my wheels and didn't know what info was reliable or exactly what steps to take. Anyway, after researching lots of groups, I joined OS and it's the best decision I've made. I now own two SFHs and three MFHs (all out of state) and am continuing to grow my portfolio. They keep the group small so you're not a faceless person and you can get questions directly answered. The content is super detailed and guides you through every step of the BRRRR process - big picture stuff, as well as all the little details. The community is super welcoming and supportive of each other, which is something I really needed in addition to all the factual info! I had zero REI experience beforehand and would literally not be where I am today without Palak, Niti and their community.

2 posts so a paid shill? How much do you get from this?

I got paid zero dollars, Nate. Two positive posts, which are FOUR months apart, on an educational program that has helped hundreds of people hardly seems cause for suspicion. Nice try though. Move along, please.

Hi all. What special touches do you include in your renovations that make them stand out to renters and/or help the property appraise for more? What are some inexpensive things you've done and where do you splurge?
