Should I go for saving a couple of dollars or just replace the whole roof?

I’m sorry closing costs will be 22,500 on a 90.000 and financing the rest  house and profit will be about 15,000 after expenses taxes etc each year it’s a 3 unit  one tenant in the units is section 8 and all our long term tenants 

I  am paying 23500 for a 90000 house plus almost 10000 closing costs I have about 40000 to spare but the property will bring in 15000 a year after payments and taxes in Scranton pa does it make sense to go for this thank you 

Anyone with knowledge on this market I have found a 3 unit over here fully rented and I am thinking about pulling the trigger any advice ? Thanks bp family 

 I really have no preference I just want a solid cash flowing property I have checked out reading York Harrisburg east strousdberg so far 

Well I’m just getting started out but I won’t  be living there I wasn’t thinking of hiring a pm to collect rent and etc btw thank you for insight frank it’s greatly appreciated l!! I am looking in Pennsylvania primarily 3-4 unit it will Be my very first investment and I will use the cash flow to save up money and then also get another duplex or triplex if I’m fortunate enough 

Hi all I’m 32 year old guy with $42000 ready to invest I am from the-north  New Jersey area I’m looking to invest in Pennsylvania in a 3-4 unit to produce monthly income im soon to be married and my credit is about 700 and I do work I would love some advice on what to do I’m sorry to be a bother to everyone on this forum
