We have been flipping, rehabbing, and selling our homes after two years of living in them for gain and tax purposes. We have done this for the past twelve years. I believe it is time to do the same for our current home. The problem is that we have fallen in love with it. We have a Spanish hacienda-style home, with outstanding views and lots of space. We find tranquility, peace and happiness here. I can easily triple what I paid for the house two years ago. However, I need help deciding whether we should sell it or keep it. My house is paid off.

Do I sell and keep doing business?

Do I keep it and keep doing business?

Thank you for any responses. I will include a picture of my house as well.
