We host a monthly meetup the first Wednesday of each month, you should definitely come to our meetup (and others in the area) if you wanna learn and meet other new investors.

BRRRR is a timeless strategy, I might also recommend "house hacking" and "Subto" as some beginner-friendly methods to build your real estate portfolio.

Do you know what market you want invest in first? Also if you have not yet, I would recommend that you start by house hacking a 2-4 unit first
