@Wayne Brooks thank you for this. Would there be anything I could do in this situation?

@Patricia Steiner thank you for your response. I’m really new and this (what I thought would be an opportunity) came up I thought I might be able to do something with this.

Am I able to wholesale a property that’s on short sale and if so what advice would you give. All info appreciated. Newbie here.

@Michael Nyszczot awesome thank you Michael I appreciate it. Funny enough I never ever thought of meet up ( I have the app). I have to try and start thinking differently. I probably have other resources that I’m not even think of. Once again thank you 👍

@Jerry Padilla thanks for the info Jerry. Still learning.

I’m a newbie in the Hudson County area and I’m looking into how to get started in wholesaling just need someone willing to take me under their wing and guide me through so I can ultimately fly on my own and duplicate for someone else. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m excited to be part of this forum where hopefully I can learn some serious power moves from your past or even present experiences. Where I can pick up terms and some do’s and some don’t do’s. What are some basic moves or research tools for interests in multi family properties. When I say basic I mean basic I haven’t a clue of any of it but do have some pretty good credit and start up capital just need some solid guidance. Thanks in advance to those of you who would take time out of your busy schedule to help out someone who was in the same place you were once in!!!
