Hey BP,

Just wanted to introduce myself and seek out advice, or just make some connections here in South Carolina. I am third year law student at the University of South Carolina School of law and within the next couple of weeks I will be finishing up my JD. Before law school I partnered on some real estate projects in the South Florida area and later invested in Knoxville, Tennessee. I am looking to get back into the swing of things with investing and tackle the job market (that w-2). I worked at a real estate law firm during law school and learned a great deal about the foreclosure process. I will be investing in commercial property within the next couple of years. Any advice on career progression that will aid in real estate investing or if you're just dropping a line will be much appreciated.

Best,
