Hi @David Amos French. This decision all depends on your current financial situation and what you want to accomplish. You have a good interest rate on the property so if you're looking to get passive rental income, then holding onto the property and focusing on paying off the HELOC sooner than later would be the best bet. If you are in need of more funds currently, then I would look into selling the house.
