@Steve Wise We did not use them. We sent them the fee and then they wanted us to send them more money as a down payment but would get 100% of it back as it was added to the loan. That came out of no where. It was not mentioned in the contract we signed. The fee was wire to someone other then the person we were dealing with. We have asked for our contract to be cancelled and our fee return, but have not heard anything for over a week. Hope that helps!
