Yes, I called around a bit more after this post and then remembered you referring me to Palmetto, Christopher. I don't know how I overlooked it but you're referral helped tons.

Palmetto is the way to go!

Hi everyone. I've spent the last couple days getting things together for my new business exploits in the Columbia, SC area. But part of that process has been call after call to real estate law practices to ask their approximate closing and double closing rates. Most of the people at these firms aren't familiar with what I am talking about and the one's who do turn out not being interested because "it just seems like a lot of hassle and setting up", to quote 2 of the many firms I've called. So my question is, does anyone have any references to law firms familiar with the processes of double closing that they could point me towards in the Columbia area?

Hi everyone, I'm currently trying to grow my cash investor list. I was curious if anyone could refer me to an investor friendly title company within the Columbia, SC area that might be able to get me a list of recently purchased properties that are owned by absentee owners within the past 6 months - 1 year.
