Has anybody had or have problems coming up with down payments for investment properties? I have two rental properties and I want to purchase more but coming up with the down payment is a challenge now.

Hello Danielle my question for you is first......do you have a 401k?? If so you should be able to borrow from that and the repayments will be automatically deducted weekly from your payroll check. Do you have equity in a property? I would consider doing a HELOC. That's how I purchased my second rental unit but as always in both scenarios I proposed to you, you'll need to do some research yourself to find what works for you best. Good Luck!

 I hear you, my escrow bill showed up for one of my properties and the payment is going up almost exactly $100.00!
