@Geoff K. Hi Geoff! I just did a cash out refi with Aaron Chapman from Security National Mortgage, was not on a BRRRR though. Everything went great and I would work with them again!

@Whitney Hutten I would be looking for a house to BRRRR in my local market. Single family/townhome, let's say approximately $200k purchase price with $25-35k rehab.

Hey everyone! I found a potential private money lender and am planning to discuss options, terms etc soon. I would like to do the BRRRR strategy. Anyone have suggestions on how to set that up and what a fair rate is? Thanks!

@Adrienne Green Thank you for the info! I will check it out! I currently have two townhouses in Leesburg but am actively in the market for local deals or off market properties.

That's great Adrienne! Sounds like exactly what I'm looking for!:) I work for a remodeling contractor in Loudoun, so I have the experience managing jobs, doing carpentry work, connections with subs etc, so I'm hoping to find local deals I can find to BRRRR that will cash flow. I've never heard of Homepath! Are these typically cash only deals?

Wow, that's great! Was that in a SFH or condo etc?
