Oh so basically buy a property that needs some work, fix it up rent it and refinance,and just keep doing that.

@Todd Rasmussen yes I am so impatient of waiting and saving for 20 percent. Thank you for your response! Could you give me an example of how you did your BRRR's and what kind of loan did you do for it?

@Joe Aiola hey thank you!! And I've looked into the FHA loan options, but my lender said since I have bought my first property with a FHA loan, my second property has to be a conventional loan based on the fact that I already used my FHA to my name.. and I've heard of the BRRR method. But does it have to be a fixer upper to be able to do that method, and I'm not sure what What loans i could use for that. Thank you for your response

hey everyone! i figured id make a account on bigger pockets to reach out to people who may be able to help me. im 25 years old, bought my first owner occupied 3 family in newbedford mass 3 years ago. and am so close to buying my second but it is very hard and time consuming to accumulate 20 percent and reserves. any ideas in speeding up my process or anything. i dont know how some landlords have over 20 properties. like how does someone put down 20 percent on every house. seems impossible. but i want this to happen. please anything??
