I am wanting to get into rentals, yet I keep coming across "lenders" that I go through this long process and they promise the world then when it comes time to fund the deal they come up with all these fees.   I had a property that noi 800,000 and it sold cause the lender said he would have to talk to his partners, then came up with all types of excuses why he couldn't get back to me.  Finally he said he would do it contacted the realtor and it sold .   I have a feeling these so called lenders are taking the good deals.   Am I wrong?   I just want to find a lender I can do a lot of deals with and will know and understand my situation and will work with me.   Any advice on this?
