Any updates on if New Wealth Advisors is legit, worth it, or a scam? I'm on a call now and they same decent and honest, but some reviews on here and other sites are a bit concerning. Anyone in business takes risks, but a lawsuit and some other things don't look great. Thoughts?

There's nothing proprietary about the info they have, that you cannot find here. They "may" have access to some off-market listings, which aren't on here or the MLS, but in regards to info there's absolutely not a thing. Not a thing.

Agreed - its similar to the health & fitness industry. All the information you need to exercise and get in shape is free online, yet some people pay a personal trainer.

These guys are legit. But keep in mind, its a Real Estate Club where you have to pay to be a member. They have different tiers depending on what type of training and resources you're looking for. If that's a turn-off for you, then don't go. But if you see the value in investing money into your own personal education, then maybe this could be a good fit for you. My buddy learned a lot from this club and was able to acquire (3) SFRs doing it part-time while working full-time at a car dealership. I asked him the other day why he's still a member if he already knows how to do deals on his own, and he said because of the people.

Its crazy to see all the negative reception that NWAC is receiving when I've had nothing but a positive experience? I see a lot of posts from people about what "other people" said. But can anyone here actually speak from their OWN experience as to why NWAC is bad? Would love to hear feedback.

Are you still with them? Seems like everybody who is with them likes it and all the negative comments come from people who havent tried it. I have a meeting with them tomorrow just looking at what to expect. Thanks!

I was only with them for a short interim due to the distance. (I'm in LA and they're located in Riverside). Although my business partner has been with them since 2021 and learned how to close deals from their education. We constantly lean on their support and resources when we hit a roadblock.

@Shiva Bhaskar He successfully assigned the contract to you? What type of DD was this wholesaler able to get you? I guess you’re right in terms of being able to back up the offer with capital. Most people might not be able to do that, but if you are, I suspect it will help tremendously.

@Will Barnard That’s exactly what I’m sayin’. I have a client right now that will fight tooth and nail before the bank takes her property. She owes over $300k and keeps pushing the foreclosure. Every time I talk to her she’s cool as a cucumber. I have one of her multifamily listed and she won’t budge - even though she really needs the money. She stands the line.

@Rena Lopez What area does this man specialize in?

@Bryant Brislin That’s right I remember you mentioning that! What asset are you wholesaling in the Inland empire & Texas?

I'm an active multi-family commercial real estate agent here in LA for the past 9 years and I have gotten into heated discussions with smart people regarding this topic. My question (more like frustration 😤) is around why it's practically impossible to build a successful and scaleable system around wholesaling commercial property here in LA. I've seen guys in my office have success wholesaling residential around the country and I just get frustrated because it doesn't translate into Commercial. Then they tell me that they could do it in commercial if they wanted to but haven't tried (and thats where the heated discussion takes place because everyone keeps saying that its possible in theory but nobody is doing it successfully) I feel like I'm missing something.

I dont mean to sound like a pessimist or a jerk, I actually want to be proven wrong which is why I'm posting this.
