Hello BP Community, 

I am an investor and HVAC Technician in Worcester County Massachusetts with a potential owner finance deal but having trouble finding an Attorney for these types of transactions. Any references would be greatly appreciated. 

Worcester County Massachusettes. Hey fellow investors! Which banks has everyone been having the most success with?

Seller is considering Financing the deal, but doesn't want to be in it long term 5 years or less. I did run the numbers like a traditional 30 year mortgage, but the short term is tripping me up.     

I am currently looking at a four plex. I would like to purchase using Seller financing. The Property is paid off, from the numbers it will cash flow well. Never structured a deal using seller financing not sure how the numbers work.  Where to go from here?

Looking for Title companies familiar with "Double closings" and "assignment of contract" in Worcester County MA. Preferably in Worcester area also Gardner/ Athol area. Any referrals is greatly appreciated.
