I bought two properties from Columbus Turnkey Houses at the end of last year.  Since then, I have already had an eviction in one house, and now was informed that the paint was cracking from the exterior on the other home, and will have to have the whole house painted or get a violation from the city.  I had an inspection and I thought I covered my Ps and Qs, but this is getting ridiculous. Has anyone else had any problems with Columbus Turnkey Houses?  Any advice?  Thanks. 

Hi, Randi.....Can you send me some more information and pictures on this property?  When was the work done? Do you have property management in place? Is this a turnkey property?  Is this a cash sale or can someone do financing for this one?  My email is [email protected]
