Happy Monday everyone! I have a small multi family property under contract (4units). I'm a new investor and I'm having troubles on how to calculate the ARV for this bad boy. Any advice? Thanks in advance!

@Holly Kaufman thanks a lot Holly! Didn't think about this option. But I thought a known plan would be to refinance out of the FHA into a conventional loan after a few months or so??… Still learning about the different financing strategies that can be tailored to certain deals.
