Hello everybody!!  I was wondering if anybody else was studying for the real estate state exam in the Fresno Ca area.  I know there isn't really any tests available right now but it never hurts to ask.  Please let me know if anybody is willing to study.

Hello everybody I am a up and coming investor here in Fresno, CA and I was wondering if anybody knew of any banks that lend on the appraised value of a property as soon as the property is rented out.  Please let me know, thanks in advance!
