 Hello Nicholas, I use excel to track my income/expenses and it works just fine. I recommend opening a separate bank account for that property if you have not already. Try to make income statements every month so the expenses are still fresh in your mind and you do not forget what you paid six months ago.

 Why would you move here from Miami!?

Nice to meet you. There are plenty of real estate meetups. I recommend the Coin events. We also host a quarterly meetup. Our next meetup is 6pm on Nov, 14th at The Athletic Club of Columbus
