Additionally, consider attending coffee or lunch gatherings to explore prospects and offer suggestions. Hello Nicholas, I use excel to track my income/expenses and it works just fine. I recommend opening a separate bank account for that property if you have not already. Try to make income statements every month so the expenses are still fresh in your mind and you do not forget what you paid six months ago.
