Hi there, my question is, how do you network exactly? My fear is reaching out to certain people but not knowing exactly who i can trust. I hear of people partnering up with others to buy properties but I just wonder how can they really trust somoene they met a few weeks ago through a networking event.

Hey guys, so I've been working as a mailman for the past year and a half but due to issues will be quitting tomorrow. If I were to get a new job in a new field does that mean I have to start from zero again? I heard that lenders require you to work in the same job or field for 2 years in order to loan the money. If this is the case, is there any way I can work around this? I would really like to buy my first rental property next year.

Hello everyone. My name is Eduardo and this will be my first investment. I'm looking to buy and hold a SFR out of state and I was wondering if I could get some tips as to what I should be doing and what I should be staying away from. I'm currently working a full time job and saving up for a downpayment. I'm looking to buy this SFR either in Tampa, Orlando, or Jacksonville and I'm hoping to make the purchase in 6 or 7 months.
