Thanks for the information. I was able to google some information on Robert Brent Construction. Do you have any contact information for Herndon Contractors? I wasn't able to find any from a google search.

I wouldn't buy anything in on Brown Ave. Columbus is a nice market but @Bryan Mitchell is spot on. Rents are stable but your not gaining a ton of appreciation and areas in the same zip code can be drastically different prices.
