I am in Harrisonville and Belton, just a few miles down I-49 toward KC, about every other day for business. Both cities are growing and have huge industries, with Walmart DC, Chewy's, and a couple of other big employers. The housing market is very good, plus the skilled laborers are there for your needs. I have used eRentpayment.com for the last few years and have been very happy with them. It costs $3.00 per transaction, which the tenant pays. It cost me nothing to use other than the transaction fee. When they collect the rent, it usually takes five business days to transfer it into my account.
